This is a test environment where School Districts can experiment with the application, change data or perform actions for which the outcome is not well known or documented.

Same as your BCeSIS Production

The following protocols apply:
Refresh Frequency: The District Test environment will be refreshed with a copy of the production database on every first Sunday of the month.
Refresh Type: All changes made in the District Test environment will be overwritten by the next refresh from the Production environment. There is no provision for refreshes on an individual school district basis.
Data Set: The refresh will include all the data from all the school districts. The data will not be scrambled.
Availability: The District Test environment will not be available every first Sunday of the month from 3 am until 3 pm during the refresh. It also will not be available during the standard change windows when application upgrades and server maintenance is performed. Outage notification will be posted on the Integrated Service Website as soon as they are approved.
Performance: The District Test environment is designed to host up to 300 concurrent users and is excluded from the existing Service Level Agreements (SLA).
